Right of Withdrawal

1. The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of delivery without providing any reason, in accordance with Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.
   Custom-made (bespoke) products are excluded from this right.
2. The withdrawal notice must be submitted in writing via email or online channels to:

Verbal or telephone notifications are not valid, and the burden of proof lies with the consumer.

3. For service purchases, the withdrawal period starts from the conclusion of the contract.
   The consumer must return the product within 14 days, and the seller shall refund the payment within the same period.
   The consumer acknowledges that they have read the Pre-Information Form and have been informed about the withdrawal conditions before concluding the contract.
4. This right applies only to consumers under Law No. 6502.
   For commercial buyers (companies or individuals invoiced under a trade name), the right of withdrawal does not apply. Payments made in such cases may be treated as withdrawal compensation in accordance with Turkish Code of Obligations Articles 177–178.

Return Conditions and Process

1. The consumer may test the product within the withdrawal period in accordance with its nature and intended use.
   Any excessive use (e.g., installation) or damage during return shipping is the responsibility of the consumer.
   The seller reserves the right to deduct such damages from the refund amount.
2. The seller has the right to inspect the returned product within 48 hours after delivery.
   Products that do not comply with return conditions may be rejected, with justification documented (e.g., photographs).
3. Returned products must be unused, complete with all accessories and the original invoice.
   Return procedures are clearly stated on the website, and instructions are provided once a return request is initiated.

Non-Returnable Products

Custom-made products are manufactured specifically upon order.
The consumer acknowledges that such products cannot be canceled once production has started.

Under applicable law, custom-made products are not eligible for withdrawal or return rights.

Undeliverable Products

The seller delivers the product within the committed timeframe and in any case within the legal limit of 30 days.

If the product becomes unavailable:

• The consumer will be informed within 3 days
• The payment will be refunded in full within 14 days

Warranty Conditions

Warranty coverage is subject to the manufacturer’s terms and the consumer rights under Law No. 6502.

Warranty conditions are clearly stated for each product.
If damage occurs during delivery, it must be reported immediately in the presence of the courier and documented.

Deformations caused by improper use are not covered under warranty.

In case of defective goods, the applicable sales model is a standard and lawful distance sales system and does not constitute a pyramid sales system under Article 80 of Law No. 6502.
